- Learners are admitted on a first come first serve basis
- Learners must be of school going age as per applicable laws
- Preference is given to learners who are resident in the region
- Non-South African citizens should provide relevant documentation to comply with applicable laws
- All assessment tools are used to determine developmental areas of learners for giving support to learners and not for admission
- Both learners and parents should subscribe to the Christian values and ethos of the Academy
- Parents or guardians must pledge to be actively involved in the education of their child
- Parents or paying guardian should agree to terms of school fees payment
